We work with entrepreneurs, solo practitioners, and small business owners who have outgrown DIY systems but aren't ready for an in-house finance department. Qiana founded Precision Compliance and Consulting, LLC to bring rigorous, structured support to small businesses that deserve more than DIY accounting and improvised compliance. Her background combines technical training, accounting fundamentals, and hands-on operational experience.

She brings practical experience in compliance, business operations, administrative management, bookkeeping, and QuickBooks-based financial organization — and a clear point of view: good systems quietly prevent expensive problems.
